MAKANDA, Ill. (KFVS) – A local photographer will be sharing tips at Giant City State Park next month.
On Saturday, August 10, you can join local photographer and nature enthusiast, Jennifer Wharton, as she shares tips on how to improve your photography skills in a fun, unintimidating setting. The workshop runs from noon to 4 p.m.
Those interested can bring their camera phone or fancy camera for a hands-on workshop all about photographing nature. According to Giant City State Park, in this workshop, Wharton will share some go-to technical, composition, and lighting tips to instantly improve your photographs.
The event is free but space is limited. To register, you can call the Giant City Visitors Center at 618-457-4836.
