And in the 100-year existence of the New York Giants, the significance of having earned a place in the franchise annals is not lost on any of those who have.
Eight NFL championships, four Super Bowl titles and the Vince Lombardi Trophies to show for them.
Sixteen players in the Pro Football Hall of Fame and 37 players recognized in the Giants’ Ring of Honor, including 14 who have had their jersey numbers retired.
With respect to the coaches and team officials and a nod to Wellington Mara’s mantra of “Once a Giant, Always a Giant,” here is our countdown of the Top 100 players to ever play for Big Blue.
We’ll unveil the list in four parts, beginning with Nos. 100-76, which includes a collection of 12 Super Bowl rings with the Giants, four NFL champions and 13 Pro Bowlers with one player recognized in the franchise’s Ring of Honor:

Teams: Patriots, Eagles, Cardinals, Seahawks, Giants
Achievements: Super Bowl XLII champ. Two-time Pro Bowler. NFL records for most career punts (1,713) and most career punting yards (71,211).
No. 99. Ron Stone
Pos.: G. Years: 1996-2001
Teams: Giants, Cowboys, 49ers, Raiders
Achievements: Six seasons as the starter at right guard, where he was named to 2 Pro Bowls and 2 All-Pro teams. A two-time Super Bowl champion, also reached Super Bowl with Giants, losing to the Ravens.

Pos.: TE. Years: 1970-1977
Teams: Giants, Vikings
Achievements: Finished with 422 catches for 5,421 yards and 27 touchdowns.
No. 97. Saquon Barkley
Pos.: RB. Years: 2018-2023
Teams: Giants
Achievements: Offensive Rookie of the Year. Pro Bowl. Set a rookie record for running backs with 91 receptions. Fourth all-time with 5,211 yards in his career. Two-time Pro Bowler.

Achievements: 2-time Super Bowl champion. Kicked the Giants to a pair of Super Bowls, both in overtime. Made the second-most field goals in franchise history (122) at an 83.6% clip.

Achievements: Started 130 of 143 career games, member of the “Crunch Bunch.” Led the Giants in tackles from 1974-76.
